I really like this ad, I think it's cool how you tried to turn (what looks like) a drawing into a photograph. I think it's always interesting to see what the manufacturer says food will look like and then seeing what it actually looks like. I wish that I could see more detail- maybe adjust your aperture so that we have a greater depth of field. In order to make it 100% match the original, it might be cool to line the reeses up perfectly as they are in the original (maybe use a ruler?), make it vertical, and put the text over it in Photoshop. Also, those are cool toothpicks in your image, but I'm not sure they are that easily recognizable as toothpicks. I know those are really nitpicky things, but I love your idea, and I think that you could go even further with it!
I almost chose this exact same ad :) I think you've done a good job with it. I'm not sure, but I'm guessing your Reese's were Halloween themed, and thus there was no green. Maybe to compensate you could have inverted the colors so that the background in your remake was green and that would make the Halloween wrappers pop more...but since I'm guessing you were going for closer to an exact replica you did really well. Are the toothpicks meant to look like candy corn?
